Chances are that that same house you can buy for 400 - 450k today will cost well above 1 million in 10 years.If you buy today, you'll pay less than half the price and collect 10 years of rental income in the mean time.

I advise against buying condos or anything with HOA fees, relying on the collective financial status to upkeep the property's common areas.Trust me.

I don't have the contact network a brokerage typically expects an agent to have coming into the business, so my plan is to get a day job, save up some money for advertising, and then rather than personally deal with the leads that come in through the advertising, will refer all of them out and just collect referral fees.
