That supply bump has leveled out since 2023 and in 2024 we are starting to see metrics creep back up, albeit slowly.On the regulation front, the City of Columbia passed and reasonable regulation for STRs in city limits as of 10/1/2023.

Yes, this has come up in the forums before, so I've looked into it, but I have no personal experience with this company.If my kids were considering this, I would advise against this. 

The other has experience with real estate with multiple units, however, is way behind on up-to-date systems and technology.
