Property looked good today but there definitely needs to be a new septic installation as part of the rehab, and given that I saw traces of people digging into the ground to do testing, the house being on the market for over 200 days, a contract falling through, and a few houses on the block for sale, I’m going to pass on this one.Thanks all, will keep you posted on the next opportunity.

I believe most people will understand that parking in front of a garage will block entry and exit from said garage.
