What would you suggest is the best course of treatment?

I'm completely fine with this but I'm wondering if it would be difficult to find a brokerage and if its feasible to start and eventually grow into a full-time career. 

I’d prefer to buy in the path of progress, and was wondering what areas you guys think will appreciate the most over the next 10-20 years?

From my experience in Florida real estate, I'd suggest confirming the repair budget is realistic—costs can often exceed initial estimates.

For beginners, I'd suggest staying out of that type of debt initially.You're leaving out a lot of valuable information.
