Lee,entity structures and taxation kind of go hand in hand, when setting these up you want to have a strategy and make sure both your CPA and legal counsel look at what your proposing.

I was just plain stupid and bought a "Proof of Funds" letter from the scam man himself...Lee Arnold and one of his dubious business concerns, COGO Capital.

I have my eye on 30310 and 30314 more than anything, then I think the appreciation will start to spread to NW Atlanta (lower half of 30318) near the Westside Reservoir and along Donald Lee Hollowell, the rest of 30315 near Historic South Atlanta and Lakewood, and then ultimately down to 30311.
