Hi im new and a beginner in real estate investing, i too am learning how to use OPM, in your situation seems hard for you to meet or connect with other REIs and lenders, maybe you can try house hacking first by buying a multi unit property (2-4 units)you live in one unit, rent the others, and eventually you can earn cash flow to help pay your mortgage by charging rent to tenants, then u use your own equity to get your second property and so on.  

Trailing stop losses let u get the upside and when they start to drop a certain percent they sell automatically.

Most other companies report u to credit agencies even if u don’t pay a penny!!!!!!!

Do u own more than one of these high end rental at that rent price?
