Is there any companies that will do an Absorption report of a rental market in Michigan.  

I'm looking to invest in MI as I grew up there.

I am in the west Michigan area and am looking for the products or services that you as real estate investors find difficult to find and you need.

I am currently in the process of selling 95 acres in MI but it's mostly overgrown scotch pines which don't have any value other than for chips.
