Hello bigger pocketers! Im interested in a duplex in Wilkes-Barre PA seems to be a good deal but im not sure what its worth so i can make an offer. Anyone in that area can help me pull some comps?

Lehigh St. is in the Heights section of W-B. I've seen duplexes there sell from anywhere between $33k and $60k. Hope this helps. Feel free to message me directly if you have any other questions.
