a good wholesaler doesn't find properties from the MLS...every investor has internet access and an agent...why would we pay you to find us that property that we already know about??

I prefer the desktop software as opposed to the online version, just because it allows me to have my data available anywhere my laptop might be (whether or not I have Internet access).I tend to upgrade every 3 years or so -- generally there aren't any updates so important or useful that having to update is necessary, and my accountant will support QB versions back 10 years.That said, I know a few people who use the online version and they like it...

I am also open to internet - brokerages like allison james, which I don't know much about.

With the age of the internet - I am surprised realtors have been hanging around for as long as they have been.

In fact, I've already started seeing more traffic to my blog from random Internet searches with terms that indicate people are trying to learn the industry.Has anyone else started seeing the signs?
