It wasn't very appealing, has an ugly a** roof, and is in WV, but it was FULLY rented and each tenant was wonderful... and upon further inspection, has a waiting list of tenants waiting to move in.

@Nicholas CookThanks Nicholas, I have a decent amount for a down payment so I can buy in Oregon, but looking at prices where I can get homes for under 100k in other states looks appealing as the money will go farther, but also daunting since I don’t know the markets and neighborhoods.Thank you for your input!
