@Nicholas CookThanks Nicholas, I have a decent amount for a down payment so I can buy in Oregon, but looking at prices where I can get homes for under 100k in other states looks appealing as the money will go farther, but also daunting since I don’t know the markets and neighborhoods.Thank you for your input!
