Is anyone else in this unique real estate space?

When I analyze deals I always challenge it against the lowest rental rate in the area for a similar but less desirable property.

-The property is unique and has some ocean views and an an amazing panoramic view from the add on living room.

My property is unique in that we are zoned commercial and there is intent for this area of homes to be developed commercially in the next 5-10 years.

Are these vehicles looked at the same way as your standard rental car, or do they have unique, accommodation-type requirements to fulfill?

I completely agree, the distance just makes it more challenging and expensive to manage your manager...i have to pay the cost for airline tickets to inspect their work vs a drive across town...
