I've researched and could not find anythingif decided in the future on managing other people's properties, how would getting a licensed broker be incorporate into the existing LLC A?

I'm primarily interested in BRRR  these days but I'm just generally wondering how my fellow Canadian investors are making a buck.I'm planning a trip to Montreal, Ottawa, and Edmonton in the near future to see what sort of prospects exist in those cities.

You will be able to use some expenses but without knowing all the facts I would opt to using that as something you can depreciate offsetting income for future years. 

Ok, for those of you that may run into this in the future.
