@J ScottOutside of Philly & Pgh are most of PA the transfer tax is 2% and is divided, by custom between the buyer and seller, with the notable exception of REOs, HUDs etc where the buyer pays the entire 2%.

The problem with this is that months down the road, when I'm ready to move forward, I'll forget which colleague it was that offered XYZ service and have no way of finding them again without some work.If I could tag general members with custom tags (ex: "wholesaler", "turnkey, illinois", "property manager, chicago") - that'd help me in the future keep members I'm interested in organized and accessible for future reference.
