Many hit the MLS as pending.

It was on the market for awhile and had been "pending" a few times which leads me to believe the financing wasn't approved. 

It'll say it's posting to it, but it will show as pending (or processing) for a week or two and then it will eventually error out saying you need to provide more information or proof of ownership. 

I'd stay in contact with the second ones and let them know that there's one before them pending.

In Sisters last March there were 16 pending this March there were 22 pending.  

I am working on a letter now to inform them that on the 6th they will receive a 3 day notice to pay or vacate and on the 10th (pending weekends and holidays) the eviction process will begin with the court.
