I am happy with their work about 90% of the time which I'm sure is the same satisfaction rate as paying a general contractor and subcontractors 30-70/hr.

Then do a customer satisfaction survey of the landlords (and former landlords) of the S-8 program... and fire the Housing Authority administration (all of them) scoring in the lower 25%... replacing the fired administrators with recent college grads who are looking for jobs and motivated to do some social good.

The reward and the satisfaction of donation beat giving $$$$ to attorneys anytime. 

You can get better numbers is you are VERY patient or willing to go to a working class neighbhood.

I won’t go as far as to say that I haven’t had any problems with Oceanpointe, but they have rectified every situation that has arisen to my satisfaction.

But so far, not so good, so I'm crossing my fingers, trying to be patient and trying to calm the wife that it wasn't a huge mistake.Hope to provide a good news update on this soon when it rents out.James
