Once people realize there are NO private lenders .. then they can get real and work with HML like 99% of the folks doprivate lenders are those you KNOW .. not those you find on the internet..

Some of us wear it like a badge of honor that we got 60 showings and 12 offers on a property during the first weekend, but I try very hard to price a little more aggressively in favor of my Seller so that we can perhaps find 2 or 3 offers at the highest price point possible from the folks who want it the most.

MartinMy dad started in the land business in the Santa cruz mountains Loch Lomond area in 1964.. bay area folks were buying lots for weekend homes.. ton of land in those hills. and if your lucky enough to score a mid size acreage with redwood you could log it as well and make a bunch.
