By the way, if you charge a lot on you card ( say 30%+ of available credit) and pay the amount in full each month, your score might still be negatively impacted.

I know that comps can be reasonably determined from MLS related website information, recently sold properties with comparable statistics, and assistance from an agent or broker.

The numbers don't make any sense even in a low interest environment (because the loan constant is going to be higher than 6% and therefore you will have negative leverage).

Just my two cents.....I would recommend that you write down the necessary tasks in your business that 1) you like the least, 2) make you the least amount of money for your time, 3) do not negatively impact your competitive advantage if outsourced, 4) are easily transferrable and teachable to others, and 5) would free up your time to work on more profitable tasks.
