Also, if brokerage sites had special investor pages/areas, would you be more likely to use the sites to advertise, get leads, or list properties?

One company might hand out great leads like candy, but have a lower split.

We've been fortunate to have some great tenants in place and the property has a positive cash flow of $275/month which leads me to *think* that I'm doing ok on it.My goal is to acquire atleast 2 more properties this year to hold as rentals.

But if you network with folks, one thing leads to another and pretty soon you will be getting referrals and deals coming to you without any questions asked.

I started in this biz by buying a duplex and living in one half, but if I had to do it again, I would probably have started by looking for real investors in my town to lead me along a path.
