Hello,I have an applicant for my rental property that has a great credit score, but for the last 4 months I see a pattern of 5-10 enquiries per month  in their credit score.

Please don't advise bankruptcy, as that should be a last case resort.I had 1 very similar to this before.

It sounds like a lot of people responding have not tried to sell a house in the last 6 months.
