Can you have that area treated for bugs and fill the place with a fog?

I am an investor and Broker in Houston but I reside most of the month as a Flight Attendant in LA.

I heard there was some kind of legal aspect to this kind of marketing but I didn't pay attention, I'm just learning by doing and pursuing all routes.I'm not worried at all about this by the way, but does anybody want to fill me in on how it's illegal to mail preforeclosures saying I can help them avoid the situation?

Alot of us that wouldn't have considered rv sites in the past are now considering it to fill lots, along with giving the homes away for nothing or next to nothing.

Since you can't collect "double rent" once you fill the place I charge a fee to break the lease.This way I charge them to move out, and then I fill the place again.

Even when the drain pipes are properly pitched, the traps are always supposed to be filled with water and hence you have a point where the drain lines will naturally freeze if the space is insufficiently heated.
