3 Bed 2 bath in San Diego HELP!
We are interested in a flip in San Diego and the #'s all look good BUT it is a 2/2 in county records but it has a 3rd room with windows but no closet in the room although a closet is in the hall right outside the room.
The #'s make sense at 3/2 but what would we need to do to make sure its 3/2? Is this a headache with the county or is it much easier than I'm thinking? Does it have to have a closet or no?
Thanks for the help.
Jake
