One of the things you can do is reach out to a few banks/lenders and have them add you to their list of "Approved Builders" just make sure you have the time and crew because it can get busy fast.

@Oliver Martinez you could have used the "@name" format to include everyone you wanted to reach out to on a single response, instead of entering 6 copies of the same message:)Unless you plan to live in the property (owner-occupied) you will typically need at least 20-25% down to get a mortgage - unless you find a private investor to fund your acquisition.Also, as you've found, most of these lenders have minimum loan amounts of $75k-$100k.Unless you are a VERY experienced investor, we don't recommend buying rentals in the City of Detroit under $80k.

There have been other sponsors that have sounded interesting to me, but I usually listen while I'm driving or running and can't easily stop and write down the name of the sponsor, seems like it would be more effective advertising to list them in the show notes, or to have one page where BP lists all the podcast sponsors so you can go back to get more information.
