Nobody knows what future will be but people will always need a place to live. 

Could anyone provide some insight for the future on the approximate cost to replace an apartment building stack (3 story) in its entirety?  

Is it something you can leave to the buyers to add in the future?

It made me very happy.I see myself teaching in a non traditional environment at some point in the future or having a shop where people bring things to fix things (preferably teaching them how to fix things).

@ Mr Garrett, thank you for the reply sir, id definitely be interested in future conversations / networking. ive lived here since my first purchase in Little Elm back in 2009, all have been purchases too reside in , im now interested in expanding too a few  rentals, possibly down the line land and build small group of Plex properties. very motivated and now making more time too becoming active here on the BP forumn. it is a pleasure too meet you look forward too more dialog.

I realize now that what I have been doing in my life financially is all wrong and NOW more than ever I NEED to build a investment portfolio for our future. 

I'm taking pains to avoid shiny object syndrome, though I see a long term future in apartment/multifamily and/or commercial. 

Who knows what the future will bring though.

Probably either staying with family or hotel, reimbursed from their future insurance proceeds.
