I carefully look at those and set up appointments to look at quite a few of them, while researching others through the county real estate portal.

There paperwork only shows best case scenarios. they dont care about you no matter what they say.

Came in, took care of business with no issues.

In my lease I have them pay all utilities, do their own maintenance (i.e. snow removal, lawn care, etc.), and tell them to take care of the property as if it were theirs.

I've heard it's even harder in rural areas where there is less competition to care for your investment.

I say show me the money, who you are , and where we can meet in person. if anyone asks you for a dime in advance that happens to be against the law, so be careful.

My problem is I I have other debt that I have been working on taking care of.
