Basically I'll be credited $5k next year and now finding out it's going happen next year in 2019.

I would think though in this resi stuff you just get on a mail list and keep pinging them every 90 to 180 days basically until you buy it or it falls down.. kind of like a realtor and their farm.

It is basically just commentary on the herd mentality.

But again each area is different  and each site is unique so there is not a book and if you find a book it will just be on the basics as I just described..

The price they are all listed for is basically 100k per unit.

If you're happy to park some money for 30 years in an A-class property with professional management and collect a 6% return, then you can do basically nothing.
