My planned real estate strategy is to accumulate a portfolio of small multifamilys or SFHs, utilizing BP's BRRRR strategy to create cash-flowing Buy & Hold properties.

Therefore, I love the idea of accumulating SFHs in a personal portfolio.

I pretty much break even monthlySo here are my precieved options1- move out and live with family not free but cheap.2-convert my garage to a studio apartment and move in there. will take time to accumulate money 6 months give or take.3- don't renew lease on smaller side and move in there so I could rent out bigger side. lease is up next month.
