I am just coming back from a trip in the Allentown aera and I have visited a property with one unit being a section 8.

I just closed on my 3rd rental and every time I have a question I've been able to find an answer on this site. 

I sat down with a friend of mine who flips houses it Pittsburgh but comes down to Florida where I live to visit occasionally and we were talking about the differences in real estate in both of these areas.

I'm wondering if there is more information on this topic on this site or not. 

hopefully I will be more experienced after my first house hack and can find a cash flowing property"...But, because you've already found this site, is there any reason why your first house hack couldn't be as good as anyone else's second (or fifth) house hack buy?

Hopefully someone on the site has some experience with, or can provide an opinion of, working with them as I am curious as well.Thanks,James
