This style of slate has a lot of iridescence.Cable TV + highest speed internet in your area, board games, outdoor games (big fans of Goodminton over here!) 

Some people just have to have the fastest internet access, cable TV, satellite, etc.

Too much TV watching?

Unfortunately, too many people watch A&E tv and think that picking out paint colors and carpet and flipping is easy.  

This can really add up as people think it is just a bed, couch and a tv.

My favorite tv show is Parks and Rec.

Do you plan to have smart tv's in both the units?  

When I moved the house was on the market for 12 hours and the first of 5 viewers schedule rented it.

They finish their "real job," and instead of doing marketing, finding houses, talking to other investors or whatever it is they should be doing, they instead end up plopping on the couch in front of the TV and don't get anything done.So, make the commitment BEFORE you start, make a plan, and then start executing your plan EVERY SINGLE DAY.If you do that, you may not need that "real job" for too much longer

He dismantled the kitchen, including the cabinets, and even stacked dishes nicely outside against the house.Then the plaster walls came down. ......4 days into the Remodeling, the power for the TV was interrupted.
