The biggest problems I see are; 1) the sales pitch is always one-sided where you are always told how simple it is to get rich if only you follow their advice, 2) you are never told about how much money you need nor are you told about the downside and risk factors and3) you are never qualified (a verb) to see if you have what it takes.
