While I don't think you should sign any exclusive with anyone, you should definitely build a good enough relationship with one that you trust because if you don't, you will half-trust them all and they will all (in the same market) be sending you the same deals, claiming they sent it to you first.

I don't think that my voice is good enough to put it into a recorded message, but at least I can give you the message in Spanish at no cost for you and that way you won't have to rely on google translator, which is not accurate at all.

I am probably going to catch some hell on this post but so be it.If the signs are good enough from the politicians and judges that exempt themselves from their own sign ordinance, they are good enough for me.For about 2 strong years bandit signs were my primary form of marketing.

I just think that 25K is enough security not to mess the deal up, but of course, the seller only knows that she is getting 10K and that might not be good enough.
