Our concern with this is that our current primary is across from the best school in our area on a cul-de-sac lot and we feel it will continue to grow at a high rate and don’t want to miss out on that.

I feel like rural communities and the OKC metro are different when it comes to real estate and rentals.

What they are bringing in vs what the properties are worth likely means you could put that money in a high yield savings account, reduce the risk and probably get as much in interest as you net with the rentals.
