If you do, just water the heck out of it to help wash the herbicide out.

I'd love to get a hold of their (50 plus page) legalesed "contractuals," as I plan on starting a competitive venture that DOESN'T (typically) acquire the homes first, nor expect to "taking them back" 80% of the time.... prior to the ole: "wash, rinse and repeat" trickery.

People in Vegas will be too busy gambling and doing other stuff to wash dishes by hand.  

Most of my residents aren't the Honda driving washing the car on Sunday types though.

It sets up much faster than regular grout, and you have to be very careful about thoroughly washing it off the tile before it sets up.

Is it from water leaks washing out the foundation?
