I toured their factory and man is that stuff amazing.

Along with big redevelopment plans along the river front to add bars, restaurants, duck boat tours, with the goal to turn Norristown into the younger artsy district Phoenixville has become.Now I will say Norristown is a very block-by-block town (arguably more drastic than Philly), the closer to the courthouse the better, but honestly, it's a very deal-by-deal basis.

Some of my responsibilities were:-Involvement in the rehab of the home per nearby comparables -Presale marketing-Signing off on completion of rehab/construction, walking property, finding call outs if any prior to listing-Listing the property on mls and other methods of advertising such as RE websites, open houses, broker tours, etc.

They come and tour the property I look at there car and see if it is messy.

If you have not been there I suggest you tour the area.

In that 3 day weekend we toured about 12 condos, placed an offer on one we loved, met with the Property Manager we intended to use and spent the rest of the time at the Roulette table.

I toured the property, inspected it, great condition. submitted an offer 20K less and get accepted.
