I don't know why but I've always dreamed of owning a large vegas style hotet/casino and just being able to do anything I want cause I own it haha

I want them to add a little style to living room get that wow factor.  

Do it Rich Dad Poor Dad style: start with an income-producing asset, and use the income from THAT to help offset the personal mortgage on the SFR McMansion you purchase later on (or, because this is BP, the run-down beat up SFR that's in crappier condition than the crappiest unit they are landlords of... hey we can invent a joke: "How do you know when you're in the home of a BP member?"

Am also willing to learn from someone that's willing to teach me and help me grow.Thank you all for sharing information.

In a nutshell, they teach you to wholesale - and their unlimited funding is a Proof of Funds letter to facilitate a double closing.  

I am bringing my 12 y/o son along with me on this REI journey, teaching him the value hard work and entrepreneurship.

Become familiar with the price range, style, etc.For example, if you are looking at a house that would be $200k AFTER improvements, what will your customers expect IN THAT AREA?
