My family might be in a situation in the next 9 months where we'll be moving from WA to the Prattville/Montgomery, AL area as a result of a military move.  

I'm being relocated out of state and I was going to rent out my primary, but found out my housing allowance will be voided if I do, so essentially I have to keep it empty if I want to get it...and I definitely want to get it as it will easily pay for the place and my new place.But here's my situation, I'd like to donate the use of the property to my church to use as a mission house.

In a rush situation we've had title searches in 1 to 2 business days. 

But here's my present situation and I thought some with experience on both sides could weigh in. 

So I had to escrow $2000 to cover the taxes until they paid it (and they did) but that was alot of time and stress to save $800.

I feel your pain, that would had given me so much stress that I would had taken a bat a finish the job on destructive of the stove glass top.
