You must have a deal source that is different from the rest of us mortals. 

The requirements being more on the lender side would make sense of not being able to find any information on these requirements from government sources.

You will just need a lender that has to the second lien sources that work in your area.  

That isn’t in itself a terrible thing as I assume you have some other income source that qualifies you for the loan, and hopefully this is still saving you money in rent expense.

I am wondering if anyone in the New England Area, Especially New Hampshire or Massachusetts Area has done it or may even know of a local source?  

I'm a new investor looking to place roots down in the San Bernardino county area.

I know people who source their own deals and people that work with Realtors here in Columbus, Ohio.

We would like to hand this off to a bookkeeper to get all of our accounting in order but we are having a difficult time finding a good source for this.

I have a very close friend who would like to provide me some seed money to source some real estate deals.
