Real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, licensing commissions, investors, and labor unions all had (some still have) a role.

You have to learn how to analyze them but it's not too tough.Hope this becomes advice you look back on as playing an important role in your journey toward financial independence!

You've obviously made an attempt to go through your realtor, and since that's not working, you need to take on that role yourself now.

Make sure you make it clear of the roles of each partner in the deal.

Since graduating just 3 years ago and starting my career in public accounting, and then switching into a FP&A role I have realized that working in back office roles is not my passion nor my biggest strengths such as working with people and building relationships.

@Lane Patterson - I'm actually doing the same thing right now and located in Conway.The campaign I'm going through is directed more as the agent role instead of the investor but I have been doing a lot of the training throughout.
