Sounds pretty cool, but if you are looking for a similiar tool for SFH try www.pellego.com they just recently pivoted to be a brokerage, but their technology platform is free to use and find great on and off market rehab deals.

A lot of BPers are very pro-QB (I believe it is the cost of it)I will say that if you are starting with something free, upgrading, then switching to QB, and then decide to switch to another platform you will be guaranteed to have scarier nightmares and most accountants do not want to even touch it unless you pay them good $.

The title rep can get the agent all the facts on the home regarding title, and the agent should have access to a platform that gives them ability to check equity within a home.
