There are class B properties within 1/2 mile, and class A within 1 mile.  

Not to discourage you but I am sure any genuine wholesaler will have a buyers list a mile long and will most likely go to people they have previously done business with or can gain something from them.

They have tons of great research.Also, try to narrow your search to a few areas and then go very deep with talking to people in those areas.For instance, the southeast, texas and west generally have great population and job growth.

You should look at every complex within 30 miles of ATL and drive the ones you like, make offers on the one that you would love to own. 

I am about a half a mile from the mouth of Provo canyon and could head right up there.

Since the relocation is over 100 miles from where I work now, this is okay by FHA standards to sell the home before one year.

I’ve done research on the area to see if there is a market of buyers in general which there is because there is 4 months of inventory supply and the style, br/ba, year built all within a mile.

We unfortunately are trying to do this 5000 miles away because the military has us in Alaska and its located in Louisiana.We have discussed selling it as-is and taking a possible loss.
