PNC secured card is excellent start, put $250 - $500 on and DONT use the card. in 3 - 6 months apply for cap 1 card.additionally figure out if you belong to any credit union, they will accept a letter of explanation in regards to the BK and give a lot more credit than the big banks / card companies.With the knowledge i have from working at a large bank I have helped a couple family and friends go from a bk to a very high 700 score in two years so if you have any other questions pm me.I am not claiming to be an expert but have gone through this twice with people very close to me and they are both in incredible credit standings now.Regards,rob

In themselves, pot fillers help with only half the process you're claiming that they solve.  

In this case, the lady had a reverse mortgage and they foreclosed and the squatters were eventually run off.It sounds like this could be similar if the crazy lady created the right set of bogus paperwork to back up her claims.  

Its up to you to tell them that you don't agree with their claim, that you feel the needful has already been done, and give the renter an option to continue or leave.

This was sent certified mail on 4/9/15 and no one answered and notice was left on his door to claim in 15 days.

Hey guys,the background check that I ran on one applicant that I have returned with 2 housing claims in one year.

Not only is it a unneeded hassle it's a liability claim waiting to happen.

We were absolutely devastated.Where we stand now: we immediately called Nationwide (our homeowners insurance) to file a claim, got a mitigation company to come out and they’ve basically ripped out the house down to studs on the first floor.
