Ive been mowing my lawn on a Sunday afternoon and had to be ready to go with in a half hour and leave it half finished.

I know there's a million ways to skin a cat and it comes down to personal preference, but my CPA seems so adamant about not paying my house off that it has me second guessing doing so.

If we do decide to leave SF, we plan on renting it so it can pay for itself. 

Since i am not experience in RE like some people can buy without money down or have a syndication, my backup plan was that even if all of the tenants leave, i can still support the 2 mortgages.

If possible just let her leave on her own as it isn't worth the headaches, I wouldn't try to enforce the remainder of the lease. 

Also, I feel so ALIVE since leaving, and I am truly excited (and nervous) about things to come.

He doesn't have the time so he would leave it to me.

That is a great way to go tire kicking and realtors will mostly leave you alone.
