I think some of the responses here are not taking into account the 3 day attorney review mandated by the state of New Jersey, where the property is located.

Having said that, IMO and training, Seller in receipt of a previous Inspection report has a responsibility to disclose to a potential Buyer.

This is a great Question and as you can see in responses, every market is different, some markets are seeing a slowdown and in other areas are still crazy.

Should I reach out to other agents before jumping and doing business with the first agents response?
