We have a holding deposit/agreement in place and the lease is already signed and prorated rent paid. 

Will refi at some point in 6 months and hold on to it.

I have no idea how or why folks would receive rents and stuff in their own name. 

Hello all,I recently filed for a new LLC in Michigan to hold investment properties under, and I'm currently in the process of looking for a bank to open a business checking account with.

I invested in 11 of their projects, each with the same dollar amount as a way to diversify my real estate holdings.  8 of the projects paid off completely with an average annual return around 8.5-9%. 

Ours states that we can sue the tenant if they caused damage like this via neglect.Being able to threaten the tenant with a lawsuit may be enough to get them to move and sign a hold harmless.

How do we hold Airbnb accountable here and end this cycle?

some people mix them together (which only makes me remember less  lol)And like i said, it may sound nice to bring deductions to your 1040, but in the larger scheme it may not be a good idea or a sign of something else is wrong.Definitely consult a qualified professional about your situation. 

The money raiser has no idea what is going on. 

Some areas section 8 actually pays higher than market rents.Just some other ideas.
