I will stand up again and start over but I'm not quite there. 

Recently I missed 1 payment on my mortgage and realized it when the nxt payment was due....I made both payments and got the account back in good standing, but the company reported to the credit bureaus 30 days late.  

But point stands I have very little starting cash to invest and don't see that changing at any large rate in the near future.

If things fall through and the agent stands there with 70 or 80 cents on the dollar, that might be helping the client if it gets them to their goals.

Also, I'm more or less a neat freak, and can't stand trash outside, or run down looking places.

My business is flipping like crazy........you have to put your head down and root out good deals....They don't always fall in your lap.....If your standing in a crowd of investors with money in their hands, you are probably wasting time.....Just my opinion....There are a lot of people out there that will pay way too much for things, either because their situation is different, or they are not that good at what they do??

Or a leaky faucet.They wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court.

You could also opt for the retractable shades that could be folded and hidden inside the side walls so that the windows will have a more open look.

They cant stand the repetitious labor after doing it 20+ years. 

Here, they are nasty, gray and won't just stand around looking at the camera.But they're fun, worth watching for the finishes, and besides, they help set your customer's expectations, so it is good to know what they are up to.Plus Christina's legs.
