If you ever got a letter asking to buy your house(s) in the area, call the number and see if they are wholesalers and ask to be added to the buyer list. 

As you grow and scale (to the extent you want to) you'll always have the option to evolve and evaluate new opportunities.

Has anyone ever heard of them or used them before?  

If you ever drive north on I-15 towards Salt Lake and see the huge Carbella's on the east side of the highway that was one of his projects.  

First house I ever bought (built in 2001) ended up having foundation issues.

As someone who sold my San Jose house in the 2002 dot com bust and has been locked out ever since by the rising market - prices have almost tripled since then - I would say hang on to it just so you are locked into the market.

Once I get back stateside I will walk through my LLC with a professional to ensure everything is in order, but I was able to set my LLC, purchase my domain (if I ever want to make a website), acquire my EIN, open my business checking account (NFCU if you have an account or can get one) and get approved for a credit card and a CLOC to start building business credit for it...all from a distance.
