I have lined up a electrician and a contractor to walk through the property.

When doing wholesaling, does the seller and buyer transaction occur on the same assignment contract, or two separate ones?

Does anyone know any General Contractors in the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, Tacoma area that would be able to bid this work?

OR many of those I know have done really well owning any variety of business's  in our market bigger sub contractors will do far better than real estate investors less risk more money..
