Generally, I think the boost for MTRs is most markets is not 3x to 4x and is likely closer to 2x (or less)

However I’m aiming to wait a couple more years to boost my credibility first

Not only did commercial real estate assets like self-storage outperform the market during the Great Recession, they increased in value dramatically.

I have maybe another 10-15 years maximum in which I can do all of this stuff myself, at which point I will probably sell my entire portfolio unless something dramatic happens with the willingness of anyone to come out and do any kind of manual/physical labor.

I think that is just one of the things I've changed recently that have boosted my ratings significantly. 

So how then do it for SEO reasons as we are all manipulating the rankings... if you want to link blog one to blog 2, write a post on blog one that is an extension or a complimenting post concerning blog 2, and link them.It is a very useful organic natural way to provide the user interested in fishing with amazing info.So some of the 3 day/lead stuff, touches on tier linking where you link web 2.0 sites together.. but it is just to link them together for the purpose of .. linking them together for SEO boost.

Hey Dylan, I know of a broker who is quite experienced with section 8 tenants and he just helped an investor in a similar position boost his cash flow quite a bit by converting over to section 8. 

On SBA 504 loans, rates won't lock until the the SBA gives approval on the loan which means we have had to wait 12 weeks for SBA approval and rates have increased dramatically since the early stages.
