I also currently have 2 rental properties (1/2 of a duplex and 1 SFH) I currently have about $400k in equity in the 2 properties and they generate $2k/mo net income (before repairs)How would you invest this $500k if you had a similar goal as me to reach FIRE status asap?

Indianapolis hosts a lot of events so people travel into town for all sorts of conventions.MTR market is also strong as we have a lot of hospitals downtown as well as traveling professionals who need furnished housing.

Hello, we are trying to buy our 2nd STR property in Kissimmee/Orlando area. we currently have 1 bed/1 bath condo in Kissimmee and it is doing well so far. ( been 2 month) I am wondering anyone has 2 bed 1 bath property?

I found a house in coddo mills that is around 300K and I need to pay $300 every month from my pocket after renting out that house due to current high interest rates (25% down payment).
