I've started listening to the podcasts from the beginning (on episode 12 now, looong way to go!). 

I think a good episode for you to listen to would be 168 and probably 174.  

I have listened to every single episode of the podcast and am finally jumping in to get involved in the forum! 

Just listen…Episode 283 Paul Thompson - Quite a new episode but I would think everyone would agree this is a top episode.

I definitely recommend checking out the BP Podcasts; I download episodes on my phone and listen to them in my car on the way to/from work.  

On episode #219 he interviews Joe Fairless, and asked him about success and why some people aren't successful.

I have heard of people getting house hacking properties on more than one bigger podcast episodes but have into been able to find any programs to follow in Chicago. 

I negotiate frequently in my job and the Bigger Pockets episode with Chris Voss brought me here (amazing episode) along with the episode with Seth Mosley, although I had already been on a journey of knowledge for real estate investing.

To summarize the episode, it is not illegal, however, the transfer of the property gives the bank the option to call the note.
