Hi all - New to this site. I have been rehabbing/investing for around two years. I completed 5 deals so far and in the middle of one currently. I have been having some trouble finding good deals before they hit the market. Seems like all the good investments get scooped up by professionals or companies before they hit the market. I am on here to link up with other investors, agents, wholesalers, or anyone interested in working together. I live in southern NJ but open to working anywhere as long as an investment makes sense!
